Stock, warehouse and delivery
Distribution management system for wholesalers
A distribution management system (DMS) that ties orders to stock, vehicles and proof of delivery. Sold stock is reserved at once, your team sees the stores assigned to each vehicle, and the office knows who has received their goods.

Delivery video
Standing delivery lines are planned 7 days ahead. One press puts every order on a truck with the line driver. Urgent orders are circled on the map and go onto a truck with room. In the driver app, the shop signs and pays cash on delivery. Then come 30 days of reports: on time delivery, cost per drop, why deliveries failed and driver results. Figures are sample data. The soundtrack is music only.
Stock
Stock in cases and pieces, no converting by hand
Stock is kept in the smallest unit but shown as cases first, then pieces. Orders reserve stock as they come in, so on-hand, reserved and available quantities share the same data, and low stock is flagged.
- On hand, reserved and available
- Low stock alerts
- Stock movements history

Dispatch
Delivery management: put orders on vehicles from a map
Orders waiting to ship appear on the map. Assign them automatically and adjust, or put them on vehicles yourself, and see which stores each vehicle covers, with a warning for orders not yet on a vehicle. Our team switches this on to match how you deliver.
- Pending orders on the map
- Each vehicle and its stores
- Unassigned orders flagged

Delivery
The store signs in the app and the office knows it is delivered
Drivers see today's drops on their phone. At the store they take a photo, get a signature and can collect cash on delivery. If a drop is short, they change the quantity and the rest goes back for the next round.
- Today's drops
- Photo and signature
- Cash on delivery

Getting paid
From order to payment in one place
Record payments by cash, transfer or slip. The overview shows what is waiting to be paid and what is overdue. Your accounts team checks transfer slips; the system does not reconcile with the bank.
- Awaiting payment and overdue
- Receivables per store
- Several ways to record payment

FAQ
Common questions
What does a DMS for wholesalers actually do?
It ties orders to stock, vehicles, proof of delivery and payment records. Sold stock is reserved as soon as the order is taken, your team sees which stores each vehicle must reach, drivers record a photo and signature, and the office sees who has their goods and what is unpaid. Our team switches on dispatch.
Can stock show in cases and pieces instead of raw units?
Yes. Stock is kept in the smallest unit but shown as cases first, then pieces, for example 10 cases 5 pieces. Orders reserve stock in the unit ordered and release it on cancellation. On hand, reserved and available quantities come from the same data, and low stock is flagged at the top.
Does the system assign vehicles and plan routes automatically?
It can assign orders to vehicles automatically, but route planning is only partially supported. Pending orders appear on a map; assign them automatically and adjust, or load each vehicle yourself, with a warning for orders not yet assigned. Our team switches on dispatch and confirms route scope first. Businesses without vehicles can start with pickup or delivery settings.
Can the system control lots and expiry dates?
It records them but does not control picking. Lots and expiry dates are captured when goods are received through purchasing, a module our team enables, and shipped orders draw down lots for costing. The system does not tell staff which lot to pick first and is not a warehouse management system that controls picking or rotation.
Does the system check transfer slips and keep the books?
No. Your team checks transfer slips; the system does not reconcile with the bank. It records cash, transfer and slip payments, shows what is due, overdue and owed per store, and exports receivables and the output VAT report. Journal files for Express, FlowAccount or PEAK are enabled by our team. It does not keep the ledger, statements or tax filings.
