FMS is a Distribution Management System that helps connect multichannel sales, warehouse management, van sales and delivery in a single platform.

Trial sign-ups are subject to the conditions announced at the time. We reserve the right to select participants, define the scope of use, and adjust the details of the offer as appropriate, with reasonable prior notice.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Do not act in ways that may disrupt, infringe, or damage the system.
Keep your account information and access credentials confidential.

4. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks, logos and content on the website are the property of FMS or our licensors. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

The business data you import into the system remains your property, and you may request to export it. The collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We provide the service “as is” and are committed to maintaining the continuity and accuracy of the system to the fullest extent. However, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use, to the extent permitted by law.
