These terms and conditions govern access to and use of ForwardMiles (FMS), operated by Forward Miles Technology LLC (“we”). Please read them before using the service. Submitting a form asking us to contact you is an information request; it does not create an account or an obligation to pay.

1. Nature of the service

FMS is a Distribution Management System that helps connect multichannel sales, stock, van sales and delivery in a single platform.

2. Getting started

To start, send us the form on this website. Our team contacts you to discuss your needs, and we agree the scope and terms together before you start using the service.

If you want help setting up your store or need additional modules, you can send us your requirements for a scope and terms review before activation. Existing agreements remain subject to their agreed terms.

3. Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful business purposes.
Do not act in ways that may disrupt, infringe, or damage the system.
Keep your account information and access credentials confidential.

4. Intellectual property

The software, trademarks, logos and content on the website are our property or that of our licensors. They may not be reproduced, modified, or used commercially without written permission.

5. Customer data

You retain your rights in data you import into the system and are responsible for having the right to use and upload it. You can ask for a copy or export of your store data at any time. Contact us and our team will export it for you. Our handling of personal data of website visitors and people who submit requests is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

We use reasonable care in providing the service, but the website or system may sometimes be unavailable. If you experience a problem, contact us below so we can investigate and address it. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms and will show the last-updated date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects a service you already use, we will give reasonable advance notice. Changes do not override specific terms already agreed with you unless both parties agree again.
