FM Force van sales app
Van Sales on the field rep’s phone
Van sales software your reps use to bill, collect payment and close the round from the store. Reps without a van use the same app, and the office sees everyone from the back office.
Start with one rep.

Van sales video
Sales zones on a map, the store brief before each visit (ordering rhythm, 90 day history and what the store owes), billing and taking cash or a QR payment at the store, the month target, stock running low on the van and the round close in the app, then every van and the call plan results in the back office. Figures are sample data; the soundtrack is music only.
At the store
Bill, collect and hand over documents at the store
Pick the store, repeat the usual order, adjust quantities and take payment. Prices and units come from the store account and deals are applied on the bill, so nobody has to remember prices.
- Repeat the usual order in one tap
- Cash, transfer, PromptPay, cheque or credit
- Keeps working without signal

Stock on the van
Know what is left on the van before you take the order
Selling and delivering from the van deducts that vehicle’s stock. Orders taken for later delivery stay in the pending list. Reps can request more stock from the warehouse in the app and deliver pending orders from the van.
- Stock per van
- Request more stock during the day
- Pending orders when stock runs out

Round close
Reconcile cash and stock against bills before closing the round
At round close reps see cash, transfers and credit sales separately, count returned stock and the cash to hand in, then close. A day can have several rounds. Each rep also sees which stores owe money.
- Cash, transfers and credit split out
- Count returns before closing
- Receivables per rep

Back office
The office sees every rep on one page
How many stores each rep has visited against plan, how much they billed and how much cash they hold. No phone calls needed. When the van is back, stock is reconciled against the count.
- Visits against plan
- Bills and cash to hand in
- Van stock reconciliation

Stores to follow up
Reps see which stores are ordering less
The app lists stores that have missed their usual order or are spending less, with a brief for each, so reps visit the right stores first.
- Stores past their usual cycle
- 90 days of sales per store
- Credit and what is owed

Rep app
Three kinds of sales team, one app
Store-visit reps
Check in, check the shelf, collect payment.
Order-taking reps
Take the order; a truck delivers it later.
Van sales (Cash Van)
Sell and deliver from the van on the spot.
No stock on the van? The order is saved for delivery automatically.
What the van sales app does
- Van stock per vehicle, deducted when selling and delivering from the van
- Prices and selling units (piece, pack, case) by store group
- Promotions applied on the bill, with the next tier shown
- Cash, transfer, PromptPay, cheque or credit
- Works without a signal and numbers bills on the handset
- Take returns during the same store visit
- Request more stock during the day for the warehouse to confirm
- Close the round by counting goods and cash against the system
Work recorded offline syncs when the connection returns. Our team checks devices and supported steps before rollout. ERP and accounting integrations require a scope review for each company.
FAQ
Questions before using Van Sales
Which data does the van sales system share with the back office?
It shares products, prices, customers and receivables with the back office. Sales and payment records sync when the app is online, so the team can review sales and van stock using the same data.
Can reps without a van use it?
Yes. Store-visit and order-taking reps use the same app as van sales. With no stock on board, the order is saved for delivery automatically and goes out later from a van or a delivery round. Reps still check in, check the shelf and collect on earlier bills as usual.
Can the team handle cash and credit sales?
Yes. Reps take cash, transfer, PromptPay, cheque or credit under the terms enabled for each account. One bill can mix methods, and reps can collect against earlier invoices during the visit.
Do reps have to remember each store's prices and deals?
No. Prices and selling units (piece, pack, case) come from the store account and its price group. Promotions are applied on the bill automatically, and the app shows the next promotion tier so the rep can suggest it. Reps pick the store, repeat the usual order, adjust quantities and take payment.
Can the office see how much cash each rep is holding?
Yes. The back office shows how many stores each rep has visited against plan, how much they have billed and how much cash they hold to hand in, once the app has synced, with no phone calls. At round close, cash, transfers and credit sales are split out, and van stock is reconciled against the physical count.
Can reps take returns during a store visit?
Yes. Reps record goods returned by the store in the app during the same visit, without waiting to do it back at the office. The return reaches the back office with the rest of the visit's records when the app syncs. Our team reviews how your business handles returns before rollout.
Can the app work without a reliable signal?
The app can record work and issue document numbers on the handset while offline, then sync when the connection returns. The team reviews the devices and offline steps needed for your workflow before rollout.
Do all vehicles need to start at once?
No. Start with a ready vehicle or territory, then expand after the data and workflow have been checked.
Can it connect with an ERP or accounting system?
That depends on the existing system and the integration methods it supports. Our team maps the data flow and confirms scope for each company before operational use.
