FAQ
Common questions
Can I see where online shoppers drop off before ordering?
Yes. The sales funnel shows each step: visit, product view, add to cart, start checkout and completed order, broken down by product or by the channel people came from. The numbers come from events the online store records, so they show where shoppers stop but not why they left.
Can I tell whether customers came from Google, Facebook or LINE?
Yes. Online store visits and purchases are split by source, such as Google, Facebook, LINE or direct, and by device, area, new or returning customer and time of day. You see the conversion rate of each channel and can drill into one product, so a channel that brings people who do not buy stands out.
Is there a daily sales and gross margin report?
Yes. The back office opens on today's revenue, orders, average bill, payments due and low stock, compared with the previous period. Sales, order and gross margin reports are available according to each user's permissions and can be exported. These figures support sales decisions; they do not replace financial statements.
Can I see sales by brand, category or area?
Yes. Reports in the field sales app show sales by brand and category, in baht and in cases, with the top stores, over 7, 30 or 90 days. Area reports compare products and customers in each sales territory, which needs the territory module our team enables.
