Customer retention and repeat sales

CRM for wholesale: customer follow-up and repeat purchases

A wholesale CRM: customer analysis by recency, frequency and spend (RFM) that shows which stores are slipping and hands the list to reps and telesales.

Customer groups

Customers are grouped every night

Three questions: when did they last buy, how often, and how much. Stores are grouped on those answers, and every morning the team sees an updated list with the reason to follow up.

  • Missed order cycle
  • Falling spend or frequency
  • Not reordered yet

On the rep's phone

Reps see which stores to follow up with in the app

The same list reaches the reps, with stores ordering less than usual at the top. One tap shows 90 days of sales, credit and what is owed before the visit.

  • When they last ordered
  • How often they usually order
  • How much spend has dropped

Before the purchase

Step by step: visit, view product, add to cart, start checkout and order. Break it down by product or by the channel people came from.

Points and coupons

Give customers a reason to come back

Customers earn points on eligible orders and redeem them for free products, discounts or coupons in the store. You set earning rules and rewards in the back office.

  • Points balance in the store
  • Redeem for coupons
  • Membership tiers

FAQ

Common questions

Can the system tell me which stores are ordering less?

Yes. Every night customers are grouped by when they last bought, how often and how much (RFM). Each morning your team sees an updated list of stores that missed their usual order, are spending or ordering less, or have not reordered, with the reason to follow up, instead of checking sales store by store.

How much sales history do we need before RFM is useful?

It depends on your buying cycle. Scores come from the history recorded in the system, so a business whose stores order weekly sees signals sooner than one whose stores order monthly. New customers and thin data still need your reps' own knowledge. Our team helps check how far your data can be read before you start.

Can reps see the stores to follow up on their phones?

Yes. The same list reaches the rep app, with stores ordering less than usual at the top. One tap shows 90 days of sales, the credit limit and what is owed before the visit. Telesales staff work from the same list in the back office. Our team switches on the field sales app to fit your work.

Can I message lapsed customers on LINE?

Yes, through your own LINE OA once it is connected. Pick a template for a second purchase or an overdue buying cycle, then review the recipients and the message before each send. RFM describes past behaviour; it does not guarantee that a customer comes back.

Is there a points program to bring customers back?

Yes. Customers earn points on eligible orders and redeem them for free products, a discount on the bill or a coupon, right in your online store. You set the earning rules, rewards, redemption limits and membership tiers in the back office. Higher tiers earn points faster, and points expire.
